2 6.5oz can crab meat (drained)

5 reduced fat ritz crackers (made into crumbs)

Here is how you make Crab Stuffed Mushrooms:

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium sized bowl add mayo, cream cheese, scallions, salt, pepper and crab mix together. Clean mushrooms and remove and discard stems. Fill each mushroom with crab mixture and sprinkle each with some ritz cracker crumbs, place in a 13" glass dish. Add a half a cup of water and place in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
