Melt 1 Tbspn butte in a large skillet. Add chopped onion and saute. Add garlic and swiss chard stems. Meanwhile, simmer chicken broth over med. heat until reduced by half. Add half and half and reduce heat to very low. Add swiss chard leaves to pan with onions, garlic, and stems. Sautee until just wilted. In a bowl combine panko and shredded cheese. Melt remaining butter and add to crumbs. Add half and half to swiss chard and stir well to combine. Put swiss chard and cream mixture into a casserole dish. Top with crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
