Boil one kettle or pot of water. 2. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare the "brewing station"!!! :-) Measure out 1/3 cup of sugar, place in bottle of bowl. Get tea bags ready, but don't put in yet!3. Once water is boiling, pour a cup or two over the sugar. Stir with wooden spoon to dissolve the sugar into the water. 4. Place 2 tea bags into the center-ish of the bowl. Pour the remaining hot water over them slowly to allow it to go through the bags.5. Let steep about 5 minutes or until your preferred potency.6. Remove tea bags from bowl. Add ice cubes (I usually add enough to bring it to about 2000mL. Stir until the ice is melted.7. Pour into your jug or pitcher. Leave out to cool. (Do not place this directly in your fridge. Let it come closer to room temp.)8. Repeat the process above, but ADD in the 3rd tea bag.
