1/4 cup low fat mozerella cheese

Here is how you make Deviled Tomato:

If you like tomatoes, this is a delicious snack I invented one day when I was bored.Take your tomato and cut the knobby thing out and throw away. Slice about a quarter inch off the top and keep aside. With a knife and spoon, hollow out the tomato of its innards until you're left with a tomato-bowl. Chop up the innards and the top of the tomato in a separate bowl, and try to squeeze as much of the juice out as possible.Add hummus and parmesan cheese and half of your mozerella cheese to the chopped tomato and mix together. Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste - but don't go overboard, the hummus is already spiced. Fill your tomato bowl up with the mixture and sprinkle the rest of the mozerella cheese on top.
