1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Arrange tomatoes, cut side up ina baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with vinegar and 1 TB olive oil. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until softened. Remove from oven. 2. Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, parsley, basil and thyme. Sprinkle over tomatoes. Drizzle with remaining 1 TB of oilive oil.
