Here is how you make Udon Noodles w/Veggies:

Add olive oil to pre-heated skillet.Saute all vegetables, except cilantro, until soft. About 5-6 minutes.Remove vegetables and set aside.Follow instructions on noodle package to stir fry. (The instructions call for oil but I just use a non-stick skillet and the residual oil from the vegetables.)Noodle package includes a soup base.
