These are very filling, healthy multigrain waffles. The original recipes is from tasteofhome.com but I didn't like using so much white flour so I substitued whole wheat flour and wheat germ- original recipe only calls for a 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour. I also added the honey and walnuts to give it a little umph. Both of my children loved these though my husband was iffy on the texture.
