Here is how you make Bulgar Wheat:

Bring 2 1/4 cups of water to a boil, add 2 tsp salt. Add 1 cup of Bulgar wheat to water and return to boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. After 25 minutes add chopped baby bella mushrooms, chopped sweat mini peppers, chopped onion and a couple dashes of hot pepper sauce. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
