Here is how you make Wheat Yeast Rolls:

In a large mixing bowl put Sugar, Salt, and shortening in bowl.Pour scalded milk over ingredients and mix. Add eggs, yeast, and 2 cups flour after mixture cools down.Add remaining flour and mix until dough pulls from sides of bowl. Knead on floured surface for 8-10 minutes.Spray oil in bowl and put dough in. Let rise until doubled in size.Take dough out of bowl and punch down.Seperate into 20 balls and either put in muffin pan or baking sheet.
