Put Chicken in crockpot, dump in all other ingredients, except cheese and biscuits. Cook at med heat for 4-6 hours, stiring occasionally after 4 hours. Pull out chicken and shred with fork. Return chicken to sauce and add cheese to thicken. Pour mixture into a 13x9 baking dish and arrange biscuits on top.
