Here is how you make Metabolic Enhancing Chicken Vegetable Soup:

Day 1. Cut all vegetables, except squash, cover with water and place in fridge. Put Quinoa and Pea/Bean soup mix in fine strainer rinsing thoroughly. Place in dry mix in large bowl soak over night. Make sure there is twice the amount of water as there is soup and quinoa mix. Change water in the morning and soak again in fresh water till ready to use. In large pot place the two whole chickens submerged totally in water. Cut the chicken breast in strips and add them to the whole chickens as well. Cook covered slowly till meat is falling off bones. Do not add more water if liquid has condensed down. Once chicken is done scoop out chickens and strip meat of bones and set aside to cool. Discard all skin and fat from meat. Strain liquid to make sure there are no bones left in stalk and put back in over sized stalk pot. Strain pea/bean mix and add to stalk with all vegetables that were cut previously. Place the chicken and all remaining ingredients back into soup pot. Cover and simmer till all legumes(peas and beans) are cooked till soft. Prepare squash buy cutting in half and cleaning. place upside down on a oiled baking sheet and back till soft. When squash is cooked remove from oven. Scoop out center of squash leaving outer shell en tacked. place one cup of the thick soup in the squash and place the squashed that was scooped out back in the center of the soup in squash bowl. For a treat make flaked pastry put on top of soup in squash bowl and place in oven at 350 degrees till pastry is light golden.. YUUUUMMMMMYY Serving Size:?45 - 1 cup Servings
