1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper
1 medium onion
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can corn (or frozen)
1 can black beans
1 can white great northern beans
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
Salt and Pepper to taste
May add cheese, fresh onions, sour cream to garnish

Here is how you make Beef Chili:

Brown ground beef, put into crock pot. In same pan, sautee peppers, onions, and garlic. Put into crock pot. Pour at least one can of tomato sauce into pan to deglaze the pan, then add to crock pot. Add beans, corn, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and spices to crock pot. Stir well and let cook on high.
