Brown meat w/ onion and garlic. Chop celery and bell peppers and add everything to crockpot. Cook on low for at least 6 hours ( I usually do at least 8). Sometimes I will make with 1 can of black beans and add corn for more of a southwest feel. This is the first time I tried stewed tomatoes.
