Here is how you make Chili:

Heat Basting Oil and add Ground Turkey, crushed garlic, and half of liquid smoke, cook through. Add diced onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes longer. In a Crock Pot, add 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can regular diced tomatoes, 1 can seasoned diced tomatoes, brown sugar, ginger, mustard, chili powder, and contents of skillet.
