Here is how you make Crock Pot Turkey-Stuffed Peppers:

While rice is cooking, slice the tops off of the four bell peppers and remove the seeds. Discard the stems, and put the peppers to the side. Chop the edible part of the tops of the peppers.In a large mixing bowl, put the chopped pepper, onion, 1/2 of the can of diced tomatoes, egg whites, and turkey meat. Mix the ingredients until consistent. Mix in the cooked rice.Into the bottom of the crock pot, spread the tomato sauce. Then, stuff each pepper shell with turkey mixture and place into the crock pot.
