6 tablespoons agave nectar
1 tablespoon coconut or canola oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Here is how you make Cherry Almond Energy Bars:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.2. Spread oats and quinoa flakes on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Place oat mixture in a large bowl and stir in cherries, almonds, coconut, flaxseed meal.3. Combine almond butter, agave nectar, oil and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Warm gently in microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, just until stirable. Pour almond butter mixture over oat mixture; toss well to coat. Press mixture into an 8" square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan. Cut evenly into 1 x 4" bars.
