2 tablespoons almond butter
14g almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons Splenda
1-3 or more tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Here is how you make Vanilla Almond Protein Bars:

Chop almonds and set aside.Put 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder in a bowl and 2 tablespoons Splenda (or whatever sweetener you like).Add two tablespoons of almond butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.Adding a tablespoon of water a little at a time, mix until you get a cookie dough like consistency.Place chopped nuts on top and incorporate into dough.Shape dough into a rectangle and put in the fridge for at least a half hour to firm up the bar.
