Here is how you make Avacado Dip - 2 tbls per serving:

Remove the skin and seed from 3 avacados and mash them. Add 2 tablespoons of Pace Picante sauce to mashed avacado and stir. Spread avacado mixture on the bottom of a flat casserole dish. Mix 1 package of Lawry's taco seasoning to a 16 oz container of sour cream. Cut green onions and stir into sour cream mixture. Spread sour cream mixture on top of avacado in dish.Shredded 8 oz brick of Sharp cheddar cheese and spread it on top of sour cream mixture. Garnish with black olives if desired.
