How Do I Make Baked Egg Rolls?

Here is how you make Baked Egg Rolls:

Place 1/2 of a bag into the microwave, with 1 Tbsp. water, adding a tsp. of the Sesame Oil. Cook on high for about 1 minute until the slaw is slightly tender.In a skillet sprayed with olive oil spray (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan). Put chopped mushrooms, sliced celery in and saute with crab meat, splashing with the soy sauce as you cook. Mix all items together, and scoop a portion onto the center of the first egg roll wrapper. Have the pointed edge facing you. Fold left and right points in first, then fold away from you, roll up the egg roll and pull the last point toward you.Seal the last edge with a bit of water and place sealed side down on a foil lined baking sheet.Continue until all are rolled.Bake in a 400~ oven until browned on top, about 10-15 minutes. Watch them! It make take less or longer depending upon your oven.They will be hot, so be very careful.Makes about 6-8 egg rolls, depending upon how much you want to stuff them.
