Mix wet and dry ingredients seperately, then combine just until mixed and add walnuts. Pour into well greased loaf pans (will need 3 or 4). Bake at 365 degrees for approx 50-55 min, or until toothpick comes out clean. I recommend covering loaves lightly with foil the last 10-15 min of baking so they do not over-brown.
