I've been trying a bunch of banana bread recipes and thought I would add my own twist. I used mango and peach apple sauce and added in walnuts and raisins for a change. I also like to add chocolate chips, however, the nutritional value would have to be adjusted. The original recipe makes one loaf with 12 servings. However, I will use two smaller loaf pans so I can share a loaf.

Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with no fat cooking spray.Sift the dry ingredients together in separate bowl. Mix honey, splenda, egg whites together add apple sauce and bananas. Add dry ingredients, mix, add raisins and walnuts. Pour into loaf pan. Bake in oven 45 to 50 min, until tooth pick inserted into centre comes out dry.
