Cocoa, 3 tbsp
Baking Powder, 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda, 1/2 tsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp

Cooking spray

Optional: 1/4 cup walnuts or cashews or chocolate chips (not included in nutritional info)

Here is how you make Choco-Banana Bread:

Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350. Mash enough banana to make 1 cup.Combine butter, applesauce, sugar, egg white, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat on medium speed.Add mashed banana and milk. Beat on low speed til just combined. Add dry ingredients. Beat on low til flour mix is just moistened. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips if using.Turn batter into greased loaf pan.
