Prehat oven to 350 deg. Spray 8-1/2x4-1/2x2-1/2" loaf pan with non-stick spray. Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt & baking soda. Add the walnuts and blend. Put the batter in the pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from the pan to a rack.
