How Do I Make M's Banana Bread?

Here is how you make M's Banana Bread:

Sift flour & dry ingredients together. Blend sugar and butter. Beat in eggs and bananas. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla & lemon juice and beat 2 minutes longer. Fold in ? cup nuts by hand. Pour batter into greased & wax paper lined 9x5x3 inch bread pan. Sprinkle remaining ? cup nuts on top of loaf and bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
