2 Bananas
1/4 c 60% Ghiradelli Cacao Chips
2 Tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Chopped Almond
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (yes I used Olive Oil, not coconut)
Pinch of Sea Salt


How Do I Make Banana, Peanut Butter, Cacao, Almond Poppers, w/Sea Salt?

Here is how you make Banana, Peanut Butter, Cacao, Almond Poppers, w/Sea Salt:

Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Chop bananas 1" thick. Put 1 tsp of Peanut Butter between two of the slices. Chill for about an hour. Melt Chips and Oil in 15 sec increments in the micro wave, stirring every 15 secs. Drizzle a tsp full over each until chocolate is gone. Smash whole almonds with a mallet in a plastic bag, drizzle over each banana. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over all. Store in the freezer until ready to eat. Great for a snack.
