1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 chopped unsalted peanuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter

Banana filling: In a medium non-stick skillet set over medium heat, melt the margarine. Add the bananas and cook, stirring often, until softened and lightly browned. Stir in the orange juice and vanilla, cook for one minute. Set aside.Crumb Mixture: Preheat oven to 350 F.
