4 oz. fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbls. 1% milk
2 tbls. light margarine, softened
2 cups powdered sugar (approximately)

Here is how you make Banana Spice Cake:

Combine granulated sugar, bananas, margarine, vanilla, eggs, and yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Cream together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. In another bowl sift together flour, soda, salt nutmeg and cinnamon; stir into wet ingredients. With mixer on high speed for about 2 minutes combine together. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until middle springs bake when lightly touched. Stir together frosting ingredients; adding powdered sugar until the consistancy you desire. Whip with electric mixer. Spread onto cooled cake.Serving Size:?20 2-1/2 inch pieces
