1. Heat oven to 350 and coat insides of 4 small and 1 large loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray2. Beat butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl with mixer on medium-high for 3 minutes until pale and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time beating after each until just blended. Beat in bananas. Reduce speed to low and gradually add flour and oatmeal flour, beating until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Divide evenly among prepared pans.3.
