1 1/2 cups powdered non-fat milk
4 scoops vanilla protein powder, low carb
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 cup Starbucks sugar free Cinnamon Dolce syrup
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/4 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon butterscotch flavoring
1/2 cup mashed, ripe banana (one medium)


How Do I Make Banana Protein Bars?

Here is how you make Banana Protein Bars:

Spray a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray, set aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl combine oats, powdered milk, protein powder and flax seed. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine beaten egg whites, syrup, juice, flavoring and mashed banana stirring well to combine. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and smooth top flat. Sprinkle with cinnamon, optional. Bake 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 10-15 minutes and turn out to a cutting board to cool completely.
