Now....Here is a great tasting banana bread with good height, nutrition, and less calories. It is fantastic with a spread of light cream cheese. Mix the dry ingredients together in a smaller bowl. Next add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient bowl and mix to combine. Pour your batter in the loaf pan and then add some sliced banana and the chopped walnut on top. ****Taste your walnuts first to make sure they are fresh or they will only add a bitterness to the loaf. Just omit them if they are rancid. I also like to add shelled flax seed with, or instead of, the walnuts.Cook 65 minutes.
