Here is how you make Greek Yogurt Banana Muffins:

Mash bananas. Add the yogurt and beaten egg to banana and wisk together. Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir just until moistened. Scoop batter into muffin cups with liners or with no-stick spray. Spray not included in calorie count. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 35 minutes. Makes 12 good sized muffins. Could probably make one loaf of banana bread, but haven't tried it yet.Serving Size:?12
