1/2 cup fiber one (totally optional)
Splash of vanilla extract

Substitute ingredients like mad if you want. . .I just use what I have at hand. I've tried chocolate chips in it, but didn't really like it. Any dried fruit is pretty yummy, and combinations like dates and apricots or dates and raisons are very good.
