I freeze my bananas, and use 1 frozen banana, heat 1/2 c. water for tea, add chai tea bag, steep 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you want it (I steep mine about 4 minutes) so easiest way to do it is add the chai tea to the blender container, I add about 1/4-1/3 c. vanilla yogurt and 1/4 c. milk and the spices, get those all mixed up, add the frozen banana and then 3-4 ice cubes. It is all in how you want it, I like mine thicker rather than thinner so I tend to use less liquid and more ice. They are $4.50 at the coffee shop and are really cheap to make at home and once you figure out how you like yours, VOILA~~~~~~~HOMEMADE BANANA CHAI SMOOTHIE!!!!!!
