Here is how you make Banana Bars:

beat applesauce in medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add Splenda, baking power, baking soda and salt; beat til combined, scraping sides of bowl. Beat in ground flaxseed and water mixture, mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla til combined. Beat in as much flour as can with the mixer. If adding nuts, add to combined flour mixture. Pour into a greased baking pan, spreading evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 mins or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
