Here is how you make ANZAC BISCUITS:

Melt butter and golden syrup together (in microwavable jug). Stir til butter and syrup have blended. Let cool slightly.Dissolve baking soda in water and add to the buttery syrup mixture.Also add in coconut, sugar, rolled oats and flour.
