2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 lb bacon after cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup unflavored powdered protein
2-1/2 tablespoons baking soda
2-1/2 cups buttermilk
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
3-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground flax seed

Mix the dry ingredients. Slowly add coconut oil and mix together by hand until flour mixture has a crumb texture. Add buttermilk and knead until able to form solid ball of dough. Roll out to about ? to ? inch thick on floured board. Cut into squares or rounds and use a fork to make multiple air vents on both sides.
