Preheat oven to 375. Grease bottom only of 1 8x4 loaf pan. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Combine chopped apple, applesauce, splenda and egg. If using homemade applesauce, add a bit of water to thin. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter.
