Scramble the egg and egg white in a pan, add the cheese when almost finished cooking and mix up. While this is happening pop the pita in the toaster and lightly toast. Remove the eggs, set them on a plate/bowl/whatever you want to hold them in for a few minutes. Lay the ham in the pan. Heat through to make them delicious. Remove pita from toaster. Line inside with ham, keeps the eggs from getting everywhere! Stuff all of the delicious eggs inside the pita pocket. Try not to look ridiculous as you enjoy this piece of heaven.
