Here is how you make Spelt Cinamon Buns:

Mix dough ingredients together, let rise till it doubles, punch it down, let it rise again, then punch it down again. Spread 1/2 of remaining flour on surface. Work it in until it's not too sticky. Spread remaing flour on surface to roll dough out into a rectangular shape.(about 1/2 an inch thick)Spread margarine, brown sugar, walnuts and cinamon. Roll up and slice into 16 peices.
