Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1.5 cupts
Millet, 0.5 cup, cooked
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland 6 tsp
*Fresh Sweet Onion , 1 large chopped
*Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 3 cups
*Clove of Garlic, 2
*Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1/4 cup
*365 Brand Panko Bread Crumbs, 2/3 cups
1 TBS chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cook millet for 30" and let cool for 10". Rehydrate sun dried tomatoes by boiling water in microwave or stove, adding tomatoes and allow to sit for 20". While Millet is cooking, heat 2 tsp olive oil in pan, cook onion until lightly browned and soft, about 10". Add spinach and stir until wilted. Add Galic and cook about 1". Fluff Millet with fork and process in food processor. Add spinach mixture to food processor and process until chunky. Add remaining ingredients to large bowl with spinach/millet mixture. Mix well and shape until 8 patties. Serve on One Bun with Arugula and tomatoe.
