Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 11X7 inch pan lightly with margarine and a little bit of the white flour(about half tbsp)or use non-fat canola cooking spray.(calorie counter uses margarine 40% fat) 2. Beat egg whites in a large mixing bowl. Pour all the liquids together:applesauce, milk, and vanilla3.In another bowl mix all the powders together: sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder,and both flours. 4.Mix the powder part with the liquid part, and lastly stir in the carrots, walnuts, and raisins. 5.Pour batter into the greased pan. 6.
