Preheat oven to 350?. Place a piece of parchment on a large cookie sheet.Mix all ingred., adjusting flour as necessary. You want the dough to stick together but not be too soft and gooey.Divide the batter in 1/2 and make 2 logs measuring about 2 to 2.5" by 12 by 1/2-3/4" thick squaring off edges.Bake for 30 min or until pretty firm. Take out and let sit for 10 min. After 10 min. cut logs at an angle every 1/2- 3/4".
