2 Radishes (use any color you like)
4 Baby carrots
1/3 of a large bell pepper (any color)
1 Whole green onion (scallion)
1 or 2 Dashes of Tobasco sauce (optional)
1 or 2 dashes of salt

Here is how you make veggie cream cheese:

Use a food processor or finely chop the radishes, carrots, bell pepper and white parts of the green onion. Use a knife to make very thin circles from the green part of the green onion. Place all the vegetables in a bowl or sieve, sprinkle with salt and mix. This will help extract some of the water from the vegetable so they don't make the cream cheese runny. Let them sit for about 20 minutes. At that point you can press down on the sieve to push the water out or you can wrap the vegetables in a few layers of paper towel and squeeze the water out.
