Here is how you make No Bake Chocolate Granola Bars:

In a mixing bowl, combine cereals, wheat germ and chocolate chips. Stir to combine.In a med. saucepan, bring margarine, brown sugar and honey to a boil. Boil about 2 minutes, until sugar has dissolved completely. Drizzle over the mixture in mixing bowl and quickly stir to combine. Chocolate chips will melt from the heat of the sugar sauce.
