This recipe is from Food.com. I had found and successfully fed my family a chocolate bean cake and wondered if there was a bean cookie that they might eat. Turns out that this is pretty traditional as far as ingredients go but at least these cookies have some nutritional value. I cut the brown sugar back to 1 cup and the cookies were still sweet enough. Next time I may try cutting back on butter (maybe by cooking my own beans and adding the equivalent of 1 1/2 cans worth and no butter) What Course Is Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal and Bean Cookies - Food.com?Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal and Bean Cookies - Food.com is for Snack.
