Here is how you make Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars 2:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Spray 8 x 8 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place all dry ingredients (the add'l 4 tbsp PB2 at the end) in a bowl and whisk together. In a separate bowl place all wet ingredients (except t 1 oz water together and whisk together. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Spread batter evenly in baking dish. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes. Mix together 4 tablespoons PB2 (reg or with chocolate) with 1 oz (2 tablespoons) of water. Spread over bars and cut into 8 bars.Enjoy.Serving Size:1 bar, makes 8 bars.
