Melt the PB in the microwave and then mix in 4 scoops of protein powder and 1 cup of soy milk. When smooth, add the pudding mix, last 4 scoops of protein powder, and last cup of soy milk. Mix until smooth. Fold in the oats, peanuts, and dry cereals. Prep 9 X 13 pan with non stick spray and pour mix into the pan. Flatten and place in refrigerator overnight.
