Cut dough in half. Grease 8 in square pan. Spread dough in even layer on bottom of pan.Beat the cream cheese, egg, and sugar until mixed and smooth. Spread over the dough.Crumble the other half of the cookie dough over the cream cheese filling in small lumps (placing randomly). Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Cool and refrigerate left overs. Serves 12-16.You can also use two cups of your own cookie dough.
