Here is how you make Chocolate Chip Chickpea Cookies:

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spary. In a large bowl, withelectric mixer, beat the chickpeas until they are broken up and forming a paste. Add sugar and butter, mixing until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Next add the flour, oats, baking soda and mix until a thick dough forms. Add Chocolate chips and mix on low speed. Drop the dough onto baking sheet and bake at 350 F, for 11 to 13 minutes, DO NOT OVERBAKE.
