Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix in candy. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle. Roll into 1 in balls (or scoop with 1 oz. cookie scoop). Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm.
